課程簡介: This course aims to 1. prepare students with management knowledge to deal with various financial situations that facing the multinational national corporations (MNCs), especially for management making decisions regarding economic and financial risks; 2. Help students be equipped with the analytical tools for pursuing higher degrees in academics.

Note: For students who are unable to attend classes physically due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the assessment structure for their grades is revised to: Class Participation (20%) and Seminar Presentation (20%+), with the rest distribution remaining the same, if they are able to show up in class by Week 8. There can be further changes on the structure if these students are unable to attend the classes by Week 8.
